◆ The surface structure, surface reaction and surface catalytic mechanism of metal oxide surfaces;
◆ The structural, electronic, and optical properties of metal oxide semiconductor surfaces and nanostructures;
◆ Theoretical prediction of two-dimensional materials and topological materials.
